Churchill Downs Incorporated announced April 8 that the company closed on the sale of 49% of United Tote Company, a subsidiary of CDI, to New York Racing Association Content Management Solutions, a subsidiary of NYRA.
According to United Tote, its wagering systems process more than $5 billion annually in global pari-mutuel handle, and are used on many of the biggest days in racing including Kentucky Derby day.
