Committee Votes to Revert Delayed Penalty Rule : College Hockey News

The NCAA Men’s and Women’s Ice Hockey Committee has proposed adding more options for officials in calling checking from behind and contact to the head penalties, and returning the delayed penalties rules back to its original form.

All rule proposals must be approved by the NCAA Playing Rules Oversight Panel, which is scheduled to discuss ice hockey proposals June 6.
