2009 Alum Zach McKelvie Will Assume Reins in 2025-26

WEST POINT, N.Y. For the first time in 75 years, Army will not have a Riley running its bench.
Army’s Brian Riley announced today he will retire following the upcoming season, his 21st leading the program.
Associate Head Coach Zach McKelvie, a 2009 alum, will take the reins next season. McKelvie is entering his 11th season on staff with the Black Knights.
Earlier this offseason, two other long-time head coaches announced their retirements following the upcoming season — Cornell’s Mike Schafer and Notre Dame’s Jeff Jackson.
