Strong teams are built on both solid technical and tactical capabilities and the ability of the players to work together efficiently and effectively. The latter requires the understanding of roles and responsibilities, the ability to communicate and problem-solve as a unit, and mutual trust. These are developed through both on-court and off-court activities.
