When players join the NCAA ranks from overseas, many tend to ask what the difference is in the style, pace and physicality of play in North America compared to that of the European game.
However, one overlooked aspect of the move to college hockey is the complete culture shift some players experience.
That is being noticed in Big Rapids, as Norwegians Christopher Lie and Martin Lundberg are settling into their new surroundings at Ferris State.
