Jockey Sophie Doyle and 6-year-old mare Awesome Treat partnered for their second stakes victory together this year while winning the $249,715 Holiday Inaugural Stakes at Turfway Park Dec. 14. The win was extra special for Doyle as Awesome Treat was the first stakes winner she rode since returning to riding after the birth of her daughter, Emily.
