In year two under coach Andy Jones, several factors have led to Bentley’s resurgence in Atlantic Hockey.
Graduate student Ethan Leyh undoubtedly is one of them.
After spending three seasons with Quinnipiac, Leyh transferred to Bentley for his senior season, a season Leyh would end up missing as a result of a torn labrum in his hip. The injury came at the beginning of training camp, before he managed to hit the ice with his new team.
While Leyh worked on recovering from his injury, Quinnipiac was in the middle of its magical run, one that ended with the Bobcats winning the national championship.
