Pennsylvania freshman sire Pat On the Back had his first winner become his first stakes winner Dec. 30 when his son Fenton Forever captured the Wait For It Stakes at Parx Racing.
Fenton Forever is a homebred for Desmond Wynter, who races as Wynter Racing Stable. The owner/breeder bred the chestnut colt out of the winning Cat Thief mare Fairy Gray. Wynter also bred Fenton Forever’s half sister Gray Lightning (Social Inclusion ), who won twice for Wynter, including a 14 1/2-length romp March 18 at Parx. He then sold the filly through Fasig-Tipton’s April Digital Sale for $370,000 to NR Club and the filly went on run third in the Jersey Girl Stakes.
Trained by Tyler Servis, Fenton Forever won his debut Nov. 18 at Parx gate-to-wire by 3 1/2 lengths. He captured the Wait For It Stakes in the same fashion by 3 3/4 lengths, going seven furlongs in 1:28.43. Reelin N Dealin , a gelded son of Pat On the Back, finished second in…
