Lately, we’ve had to endure the manufactured outrage between the United States and Canada. But one thing we can always count on — especially for readers of this site — is our shared love of hockey.
That may have been on full display at the recent 4 Nations Tournament, but we just got another shining example.
New Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney was, albeit briefly, a college hockey goaltender at Harvard in the mid-1980s.
He joins some select company of major politicians who played college hockey.
