ST. PAUL, Minn. Jerry York was behind the bench the last time Boston College was here at the Frozen Four. He won’t be there Thursday when the Eagles take on Michigan in the national semifinal, but York has been with the team all week and made the trip with the Eagles to St. Paul.
“He’s an unbelievable resource for us,” said freshman goalie Jacob Fowler. “There aren’t many guys out there with more knowledge about BC hockey than him. He’s been through this plenty of times and he told us to just be in the moment. Don’t hold your breath. Just go out and take it.”
