ST. PAUL, Minn. Thursday afternoon, in Denver’s thrilling national semifinal triumph over Boston University, it certainly took everything for the Pioneers to reach the national championship game for the second time in three years — their vision, their muscles, their brains, and somewhat ironically after a silent first period, even their voices.
