Quinnipiac and Clarkson each earned sweeps on the weekend, while Colgate struggled with an overtime loss at Yale, then another loss at Brown. That allowed Quinnipiac to solidify its hold on first place, while Clarkson moved ahead of Colgate for second. All ECAC teams have four games remaining.
Ayrton Martino, a third-round NHL Draft pick, scored four goals on the weekend, two in each game, and seven points. Defensively, Clarkson held both opponents to below 20 shots, in winning by a combined, 10-1.
